HASELWOOD AUTO GROUP SHOWROOMS CLOSE, SERVICE AND PARTS DEPARTMENTS REMAIN OPEN

To all of our customers and associates,

Today, Governor Jay Inslee enacted a “shelter-in-place” order that includes state-wide closure of all non-essential businesses effective at 7PM on March 25, 2020.

Physical retail sales are considered non-essential and therefore we will be closing our dealership showrooms and conducting all sales business online only. Our state-of-the-art websites are the perfect place for our customers to shop for their new or used vehicle from the safety and comfort of their homes and even complete the purchase of those vehicles using our “Click and Drive” feature and have them delivered to their door. This is something we have been working toward for the past two years and we are ready to implement immediately as a response to this health emergency.

Our service and parts departments are defined as essential and will remain open from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Monday through Friday. We will continue our commitment to providing the highest level of service in a clean and healthy environment for the benefit of all of our customers and associates. We will maintain around the clock sanitization and adjustments to our processes designed to limit physical interaction and provide peace of mind for these necessary services to be completed.

Please contact our vehicle service appointment line to inquire. In order to do our part to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and to protect the health and safety of our customers and associates, we will maintain compliance with all state and federal orders and guidelines throughout this process.

HASELWOOD AUTO GROUP COMMITS TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES IN MIND

A Message to Our Valued Customers,

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). At Haselwood Auto Group, the health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. We have chosen to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety to an even higher level. This will ensure we provide a clean and safe atmosphere for our guests and associates to conduct business.

Again, please be assured that during this time of unease in our community, our staff and vendors are working proactively to take our facility cleanliness and safety as seriously as this situation dictates. We have conducted countless training and update meetings with our teams on the status of the situation and are communicating what to expect. We have asked all of our associates returning from travels abroad to self-quarantine and we have limited the domestic travel for business purposes of all of our associates.

In addition, we are closely monitoring and keeping in constant contact with our associates taking sick leave. All workers presenting any of the possible symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) are being sent home until they present zero symptoms for a 24-hour period without the use of medication per CDC guidelines.
