A message to our valued customers and staff,

We continue to closely monitor the activity and guidelines at the State and Federal level regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19) and determining the best course of action moving forward for the health and safety of our customers and associates.

To that end, the following adjustments to our normal business practices took place on Monday, March 16th:

  • All of our cafes have been closed until further notice in accordance with the Washington State restaurant closure mandate. These environments will all be deep cleaned during this closure to provide for a safe and healthy environment when they return to operation.
  • All shuttle service has been suspended until further notice. This is a health and safety concern for the drivers and passengers as we do our part to promote social distancing.
  • Our scanning department has been closed until further notice. This environment will be heavily sanitized during its closure to provide for a safe workspace when scanning resumes.
  • All sales receptionists/hawks have been sent home for the remainder of the month. This will continue to be evaluated over the next two weeks.
  • We have closed the University until further notice to reduce the risk of virus exposure and transmission from associate to associate.

Sales – The following modifications to our operating hours are in effect until further notice:

Monday – Friday – 9AM – 7PM
Saturday – 10AM – 7PM
Sunday – Closed for deep cleaning and sanitization

Service and Parts – This reduced schedule is on effect immediately until further notice:

Monday – Friday – 7:30AM – 7PM
Saturday/Sunday – Closed for deep cleaning and sanitization


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to any of our customers or associates. We anticipate these modified staffing and schedule changes to be temporary and we will resume normal business practices and hours as safety and health concerns dictate. We do feel that it is important to note that we have not had a confirmed case of Coronavirus diagnosis for any of our associates or customers known to have shopped or service with us. We intend to continue to do all we can to prevent the spread of this virus moving forward and will do all we can to provide a safe and healthy environment to conduct business in.
