A Message to Our Valued Customers,

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). At Haselwood Auto Group, the health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. We have chosen to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety to an even higher level. This will ensure we provide a clean and safe atmosphere for our guests and associates to conduct business.

We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). It is our purpose to create remarkable experiences for each other and our communities, and we will continue to make decisions based on all available information and relay our purpose regarding any next steps. If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you focus on your well-being and visit us when you are feeling better.

Again, please be assured that during this time of unease in our community, our staff and vendors are working proactively to take our facility cleanliness and safety as seriously as this situation dictates. We have conducted countless training and update meetings with our teams on the status of the situation and are communicating what to expect. We have asked all of our associates returning from travels abroad to self-quarantine and we have limited the domestic travel for business purposes of all of our associates. 

In addition, we are closely monitoring and keeping in constant contact with our associates taking sick leave. All workers presenting any of the possible symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) are being sent home until they present zero symptoms for a 24-hour period without the use of medication per CDC guidelines.

In the meantime, we are open for business and ready to assist you both online and in person. If you choose, the dealership websites are a great place to shop from the comfort of your home. You can even start your purchase there using our Click-N-Drive tools, and we can complete the purchase of your next vehicle online. Your new vehicle can be conveniently delivered to you at home or your office! If you prefer to shop in person, you can feel confident that the stores are being continuously sanitized around the clock, and we are committed to being a trusted resource for our customers as we have been for over 70 years.
